Seeks Director of Case Management

Exceptional opportunity for a Nurse Leader that has successfully managed other Nurse Case Managers and Social Workers (a total staff of around 15-20) in an Acute Care Setting. The position offers a tremendous opportunity to work for a growth oriented health system that excels in the speciality cares of Cardiac Care, Oncology, Neurosciences, and Specialty Surgery. The position has a highly competitive salary and fringe benefits package including a bonus incentive that equals 15% of the annual salary. The hospital also pays a generous relocation package for candidates out of the local area. 3 to 5 years experience in a smaller acute care setting is required. The qualified individual should have discharge planning, quality/performance improvement, and utilization management experience along with extensive knowledge of Managed Care including Medicaid and Medicare experience.
