Director of Case Management in a Large, Exciting City in the Midwest!

The Position: The Director of Case Management reports to the Vice
President and CNO, and will be responsible to develop the new case
management model at this large medical center. This role will manage
a professional exempt staff of 25 FTEs, including case managers, social
workers, CMAs and educators. Qualified candidates will be registered
nurses with a BSN. Professionals who are self-starters, problem solvers
with strong skills at building relationships will succeed in this
position.
The Medical Center: This multi-hospital health system is the largest
in this Midwestern state, with hospitals, rehab centers, clinics,
mental health facilities, independent living centers and home health
agencies throughout the state. A non-sectarian, not-for-profit, JCAHO-accredited
organization,
the medical center offers outstanding clinical services including
respiratory therapy, rehab, cardiac rehab, pulmonary lab, MRI and
CT scanning, nuclear medicine, wound care and hyperbaric medicine.
